ERP (enterprise Resource Planning System) was set up on March 1st, 2012. It covered 9 departments (Sales, Planning, Technology, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Storage, Human Resources and Finance); included 32 processes which have been operated on line at the same time. With the great help of this excellent management system, the administrators are able to analyze the current operation states rapidly, and adjust the managing strategies, to ensure the completion of the overall targets.
